Mr. Green has represented hundreds of clients in affirmative and defensive asylum. He is a skilled advocate for clients through each step of their litigation defense – from custody redetermination (bond) hearings to the winning the Individual Hearing. Mr. Green is also an accomplished writer – successfully drafting hardship waivers and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals for clients from all over the world.

Mr. Green has a B.A. from the University of Findlay in Spanish and Bilingual Education/ESL. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and can communicate readily with Spanish-speaking clients. Mr. Green also has an M.Ed. in Urban Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati with a focus on at-risk adolescents, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Salmon Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
