  • Parole/Sponsorship ProgramsSponsorship programs may be available for designated countries such as Venezuela, Ukraine, Cuba, Haiti, and Nicaragua.
  • Filings under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)We have a successful track record in adjudicating VAWA applications for both male and female applicants, providing support and protection. We also file for parents of U.S. citizen children over 21 years old who have been subjected to emotional and/or physical abuse by their child.
  • Temporary Protected Status (TPS)TPS is a temporary immigration status provided to nationals of specifically designated countries that are confronting an ongoing armed conflict, environmental disaster, or extraordinary and temporary conditions. It provides a work permit and protection from deportation to foreign nationals from those countries who are in the United States at the time the U.S. government makes the designation. In some cases, the TPS beneficiary can apply for a travel document as well.

  • Special Immigrant Juvenile PetitionsOur team supports the filing of special immigrant juvenile petitions, assisting children in difficult circumstances to obtain lawful status. We work closely with family law attorneys to seamlessly obtain the requisite custody orders to permit children who are abandoned, abused, or neglected by their parents or guardians to live in the United States on a permanent basis.
