Biography
A skilled professional with diverse experiences as an attorney, teacher, school administrator, and college professor, Mr. Green’s skills are especially helpful when working with immigrant children. Whether seeking an adjustment of status, special immigrant juvenile visa, or cancellation of removal, Mr. Green’s experience litigating deportation defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review is immensely beneficial to his clients. Mr. Green has represented hundreds of clients in affirmative and defensive asylum. He is a skilled advocate for clients through each step of their litigation defense – from custody redetermination (bond) hearings to the winning the Individual Hearing. Mr. Green is also an accomplished writer – successfully drafting hardship waivers and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals for clients from all over the world.
Mr. Green has a B.A. from the University of Findlay in Spanish and Bilingual Education/ESL. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and can communicate readily with Spanish-speaking clients. Mr. Green also has an M.Ed. in Urban Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati with a focus on at-risk adolescents, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Salmon Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
